His career spans more than 20 years of organisational transformation. He spent over a decade at Goldman Sachs in London and New York, before moving to Australia in 2013 and taking on senior transformation roles at Westpac.

At Westpac, his work included large-scale organisational change, leadership development and customer service transformation.

Cathal is also available for consulting on leadership, strategy and culture change, helping organisations work through complex challenges and turn ideas into practical action.
